Ella Ross is a 20 year old singer/songwriter from Monmouth Beach, NJ who makes indie/pop music. She started taking voice lessons at age 10. When she was about to go off to college at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, she realized that she wanted to learn more about the music industry and songwriting before she made that leap. That is when she found Lakehouse Music Academy! They have helped her to start forming who she is as an artist and discover which musical path she wants to go down. In the past year, she has released her debut EP “Uncharted Waters” and is currently working on her second EP that is expected June 2018. She has performed around Asbury Park at places such as The Saint, House of Independents, The Asbury Hotel, and the Asbury Park Music Foundation. With inspirations that include artists such as David Bowie, Sylvan Esso, Arctic Monkeys, and Fleet Foxes, she doesn’t like to stay in one genre box. Lakehouse Music has given her the opportunity to write with amazing artists such as Danni Bouchard, Meg Cannon, Tor Miller, Joe Parella, Colton Kayser, Steve Patrick, and Quincy Mumford. Her debut EP "Uncharted Waters" and newest single "Hurt" can be found on Spotify, Bandcamp, Apple music, and more!
